30-Day Money Back Guarantee

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the eligibility conditions below.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or refund:

The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging, accessories, manuals, and all included items.
A valid Order Number or proof of purchase is required.
All return and refund requests are subject to verification and approval by JETSUPER.

Please do not return any product without prior approval from our support team.

How to Request a Return

Reason for Return
Clear photos of the product and its packaging
A short video of the product (if applicable)

Our support team will review your request and provide further instructions if your return is approved.

Damaged, Defective, Missing or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Clear description of the issue
Clear photos of the product and the outer packaging
A complete, uninterrupted unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened until the product and all accessories are fully shown (Mandatory)

Claims reported after 48 hours of delivery, or submitted without a complete unboxing video, may not be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund.

After verification, if your claim is found to be valid, we'll arrange a replacement, return, or another appropriate resolution at no additional cost.

Refund Process

Once your returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

All refunds are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).

Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD)

For Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD) orders, a small advance payment is collected to confirm and process your order.

If an order is cancelled after shipment or refused at the time of delivery without a valid reason, the advance payment may not be refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or refunds are not available for:

Used products
Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, modification, or normal wear and tear
Products returned without the original packaging, accessories, manuals, or included items
Return requests submitted after 30 days of delivery
Damage, defective, missing, or incorrect item claims reported after 48 hours of delivery
Claims submitted without the required photos or complete unboxing video
